Computer Step by Step

  1. Computer link https://zoom.us/support/download

  2. Install Zoom

    There is no need to create an account with Zoom to join a meeting.

  3. In your computer you should see something similar to this screenshoot

  4. Configure it

      Click on menu and then open settings

    1. Click on audio

    2. Make sure all checkboxes are unchecked

    3. Set the microphone volume high

    4. Test microphone and speakers

  2. Android link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=us.zoom.videomeetings

  3. Install Zoom

  5. To configure it click on the “settings” icon

  6. click on “meetings” button

  7. Make sure that this two checkbox are unchecked

Go back to the email with the Zoom meeting link and click on the meeting link
